Refund Policy

Every charge has a 14-day refund window. Ask within 14 days of any charge and we refund it in full. Monthly and yearly terms also start with a 7-day free trial, once per family. A payment method is linked at signup in our payment provider's checkout, but nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time during those 7 days from You → Billing and you pay nothing. One-time 2 and 3-year terms have no trial and are charged in full at checkout.

Delivery of the service

Vault For Us is a digital service with nothing to ship. There is no physical product, no courier, and no delivery address. Access is provisioned electronically and immediately: your family vault is created and usable the moment you finish signup, before any charge is taken, and a plan change or renewal takes effect on your account as soon as our payment provider confirms the payment.

If a completed payment isn't reflected on your account within an hour, treat that as a fault on our side rather than a delivery estimate. You → Billing shows the current state of your subscription; if it still looks wrong, tell us using the contact details below.

During the trial (day 0–7)

Full access to your selected plan from the moment you sign up. Cancel from You → Billing at any point before the trial ends and you're never charged. If you don't cancel, your card is charged automatically for the plan and term you selected once the trial ends.

After a charge completes

Every completed charge (an upfront multi-year payment, the first post-trial charge, or a later renewal) can be refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of that charge. Each charge has its own 14 days, counted from the day it was taken. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel; a one-time 2 or 3-year term is a single payment with no auto-renewal. You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time from You → Billing: you keep full access through the period you've already paid for, and simply won't be charged again.

How to ask for a refund

Use the Contact page or write to support@aevoriscloud.com, and tell us the billing email address on your account. You don't need to give a reason. If you paid through Paddle (everywhere outside India), you can instead ask Paddle directly at paddle.net, using the email on your receipt; both routes work and the same 14 days apply. We ask Razorpay (India) or Paddle (everywhere else) to return the money to the card or payment method you paid with; how soon it shows on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer. A refund ends the plan it paid for: the account becomes read-only, exactly as if the plan had lapsed, and you can still view and export everything already stored.

If a payment fails

A failed renewal or trial-conversion charge doesn't lock you out immediately. You get a short grace period (a few days) with full access to fix it: update your payment method or retry from You → Billing, where a banner shows exactly what's wrong. If the grace period runs out without a successful payment, the account becomes read-only: you can still see and export everything already stored, but new changes are paused until billing is fixed.

You can always download a full copy of your data, and always close your account permanently, no matter how long billing has been unresolved. Those two actions stay available regardless of payment status, because data access/portability and account erasure are rights you have independent of whether a bill is paid, not something we choose to allow. If a failed payment is never fixed and the account is never closed, we'll send a warning notice to the billing email on file roughly 15 days before, then permanently delete the account's data 90 days after it first became read-only for non-payment. Renewing at any point before that cancels the deletion with no other action needed. This 90-day window doesn't apply to a plan you simply never paid for in the first place (e.g. an incomplete signup). Those accounts aren't on a deletion clock. Your billing/transaction history itself is kept separately and isn't affected by any of this. See the next section.

What a cancellation or lapse does to your data

Cancelling a subscription never deletes anything, immediately or otherwise: you keep access through what you've already paid for, and reading or exporting what's already stored always keeps working. A payment issue by itself is the same: nothing is deleted for simply having a payment fail. The only path that ends in deletion is a failed payment that's never fixed for 90 days straight, described above, and even then, you get advance warning and can stop it any time before the deadline by renewing, and you can always get your data out first by downloading it.

Your billing/transaction history (receipts, charge records, refunds) is retained independently of your vault content for our own accounting and tax record-keeping, and isn't deleted along with an account, voluntarily closed or otherwise.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any right you hold as a consumer under the law of your country, including EU and UK withdrawal rights for digital services and your rights under India's Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Where Paddle is the merchant of record, our 14-day window is honoured through Paddle and is in addition to your statutory rights, not a replacement for them.

App Store and Google Play purchases

A plan bought through the App Store or Google Play is charged, and refunded, by Apple or Google under their own refund rules. Everything above is about plans bought on our website.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first: most issues are resolved faster directly than through a card issuer's dispute process. We do respond to chargebacks filed with Razorpay or Paddle with the relevant account and payment records.
