We want Vault For Us to be usable by everyone, including people who navigate by keyboard, use a screen reader, need higher contrast, or are sensitive to motion. This page states what we've done and where we still have work to do, the same honesty policy as our Privacy Policy: we say exactly what's true, not what sounds complete.
Our target
We build against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, the standard referenced by the EU's Accessibility Act, the US ADA, and equivalent laws elsewhere. We treat this as an ongoing commitment, not a one-time badge: every new feature is built with it in mind, and we welcome reports of anywhere we fall short.
What's in place today
- Keyboard navigation and visible focus states across the app and this site
- Semantic HTML and ARIA labelling on interactive controls, dialogs, and forms
- Color contrast and dark/light theming built from a single design-token system, so contrast ratios stay consistent everywhere rather than being tuned page by page
- Motion that respects your system's "reduce motion" setting: animations are skipped or replaced with an instant, static equivalent rather than forced to play
- No content that requires color alone to convey meaning (status badges pair color with text)
- No third-party embeds, fonts, or scripts that could bypass your browser's own accessibility tools
What we're still working on
A full, independently-audited WCAG 2.1 AA conformance pass across every screen is in progress rather than finished. This is a smaller team building a large product, and we'd rather tell you that plainly than claim a conformance level we haven't verified end to end. If you hit a specific barrier, telling us exactly where helps us fix that screen directly instead of waiting for a full audit cycle.
Tell us about a barrier
If any part of Vault For Us is hard to use with the tools you rely on, contact us at support@aevoriscloud.com or via Contact: describe the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or setting involved. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within the same 24 hours as any other grievance (see the Grievance Officer page).
