October 2026: the apps, and passkeys only

The apps are out
Vault For Us is on Google Play and the App Store. The apps open the same family vault as the website, locked the same way.
Passkeys only
There is no master password any more. Your fingerprint, face or phone PIN signs you in and unlocks your family's things, and the Recovery Kit is the way back if every device is lost.
A Recovery Kit you can keep anywhere safe
The recovery code is now six groups of four letters and numbers. Write it down, or copy it into a password manager. A copy works as well as the original, so keep it private.
Shortcuts
Long-press the app icon to jump straight to Notes, Documents or Passwords. Passwords still asks for your passkey first. On iPhone, home-screen and Lock Screen widgets do the same.
Prices that say how tax works
Every price now says whether tax is included where you live, so the amount at checkout is the amount you expected.
Try it with your own family
